Mixed Berry Mint Julep

  • 7 mint leaves plus sprig for garnish 

  • 1/4 cup of blackberries or mixed berries
  • 0.5 ounces simple syrup

  • 2 ounces bourbon of your choice

  • Crushed ice



  1. In a julep cup or glass, lightly muddle the mint leaves, blackberries (or mixed berries), and syrup. 

  2. Add the bourbon to the glass and pack with crushed ice.

  3. Garnish with mint sprig for garnish, and serve.
