0.5 ounce Honey Rosemary Syrup, recipe following
- 2 ounces bourbon of your choice
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Half a blood orange, juice squeezed.
Honey Rosemary Syrup
1 cup water
- 1/2 cup honey (local honey preferred)
2 sprigs rosemary
Bring ingredients for Honey Rosemary Syrup to a low boil and cut heat. Let cool.
- Combine syrup, bourbon, bitters, and blood orange juice in a glass, and stir with ice. Garnish with Luxardo cherry.
