ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of Bourbon+ ("Sponsor"), contributors to Bourbon+, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. This includes individuals who have been affiliated in any capacity with Bourbon+ or any of its partners within the past two years.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

AGREEMENT TO RULES

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions and represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the decisions of Bourbon+ as final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM CT on May 26, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CT on June 23, 2025 (the "Promotion Period").

HOW TO ENTER

Two methods of entry:

1. Subscription Method: Subscribe to Bourbon+ Magazine during the Promotion Period at bourbonplus.com. Each subscription automatically receives one (1) entry.

2. Mail-In Method: To enter without subscribing, hand-print your complete name, address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a plain 3"x5" piece of paper and mail in a #10 envelope with proper postage to: Bourbon+ Magazine Sweepstakes, 1402 3rd Ave N, Nashville, TN 37208. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 16, 2025 and received by June 23, 2025. Limit one entry per outer envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted.

Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Bourbon+ reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating the Terms & Conditions.

PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a Premium Tasting Experience for Four (4) at the Nashville Barrel Company in Nashville, TN. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $800 USD.

The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. No substitution of prize is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes on prizes and any expenses not specified herein related to acceptance and use of prizes. All guests must be at least 21 years of age.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of Bourbon+ from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the giveaway closing.

The selected winner must respond within 72 hours to confirm receipt. If no response is received within that timeframe, a new winner may be selected. Winners must provide valid, government-issued photo ID to verify eligibility (21+) and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release.

Bourbon+ is not responsible for winners failing to receive notices due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or other technical issues.

ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the promotion period.

PUBLICITY

By entering, participants agree to allow Bourbon+ to use their name, image, likeness, statements, and biographical information for promotional and publicity purposes, in any media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

RELEASE

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Nashville Barrel Company, and their respective partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, damages, liability, losses, costs or expenses, related to (i) participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize; (iii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iv) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (v) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Bourbon+, Nashville Barrel Company, and their respective partners, affiliates, and employees from any liability arising from:

• Participation in the Sweepstakes
• Acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize
• Technical failures of any kind
• Unauthorized human intervention
• Errors in administration or subscription processing

Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

Participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and agree to limit claims to actual out-of-pocket expenses.
