Northside Distilling Co. has released three new cocktail recipes to get you through these long winter months. Sip on a Jack Frost Colada, Bourbon Spiked Hot Chocolate, and Pomegranate Agave Martini that are each sure to provide enjoyment in the cold days ahead.

JACK FROST COLADA
- 1 oz. Northside Rum
- 1 oz. Blue Curaçao
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. cream of coconut
- Shredded coconut
Instructions: In a blender, add the Northside Rum, Blue Curaçao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and two cups of crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a hurricane glass and garnish with shredded coconut on top.
BOURBON SPIKED HOT CHOCOLATE
- 2 oz. Northside Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. half-and-half
- 1 cup hot chocolate
- Mini marshmallows
- Chocolate syrup
Instructions: Make an oversized mug of hot chocolate. Add the Northside Bourbon Whiskey, vanilla extract, half-and-half, and stir until combined. Garnish with a healthy handful of mini marshmallows and drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
POMEGRANATE AGAVE MARTINI
- 2 oz. Northside American Agave
- 1 oz. pomegranate juice
- ½ oz. lime juice½ oz. orange liqueur
Instructions: Fill a shaker with ice and add the Northside American Agave, pomegranate juice, lime juice, and orange liqueur. Shake until chilled and strain into a coup or martini glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
