We hope you enjoy your subscription to Bourbon+! To ensure your complete satisfaction, please inspect your magazine upon receipt so that we may promptly address any issues or concerns. Please have your customer number ready to provide to the agent or include in your email.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Bourbon+ magazine is a quarterly publication. Bourbon+ magazines are distributed on a quarterly basis, with three distributions per issue. Contact us for specific inquiries about your starting issue. Order dates determine what issue your subscription will begin with. All subscription copies mail via the United States Postal Service. Please provide your best mailing address for your subscription.

SINGLE COPY

Ordering a single copy of the magazine or multiple back issues? These ship upon order. To purchase, please visit ingrainmerch.com or email info@ingrainmerch.com.

RETURNS

FOR PRINT SUBSCRIPTIONS

Those who cancel their subscription and desire a refund will receive, within 30 days, the amount paid for the subscription minus the pro-rated cost of issues already mailed.

TO PROCESS A REFUND

Call (833) 256-1201 or email CustomerService@BourbonPlusMag.com or with your customer number and contact info. A customer service agent will confirm the refund.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, within 30 days.
After the refund has been approved, credit card refunds can take up to 5-10 business days for your bank to process.
We will notify you via email when your return has been processed and the refund selection of your choice has been issued.
Reminder: refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable).

MY MAGAZINE WAS DELIVERED TO ME DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?

Any damages upon delivery must be reported within three (3) days from date of order received. Contact our Support Team by calling (833) 256-1201 or by emailing us at CustomerService@BourbonPlusMag.com.

Please be sure to provide detailed photos of the damage(s).
